Abstract:

《Limbs of Resurgence》 is a surreal electronic plant artwork that explores the relationship between plants and humans, emphasizing the self-awareness and survival value of plants. Research shows that due to anthropocentric activities, plants face reduced living space and endangerment. Despite their sentience and consciousness, human actions often disregard their rights. The work is inspired by the manipulation of bonsai, depicting plant forms in extreme conditions. By designing the trunk as a hand, it symbolizes the symbiosis between humans and nature. The overall model incorporates a real bonsai, prompting viewers to reflect on the survival status of plants.

《復甦之肢》是一件超現實電子植物藝術作品，探討植物與人類之間的關係，強調植物的自我意識與生存價值。研究顯示，植物因人類中心化活動面臨生存空間壓縮與瀕危，儘管它們具有知覺與意識，人類的佔有與破壞行為卻常常忽視其權利。作品靈感源自盆栽的操控，表現極端情境下的植物形態，透過將樹幹設計為手的形狀，象徵人類與大自然的共生。整體模型結合真實盆栽，引發觀眾對植物生存狀態的思考。
